We Can Face Almost Anything

We might face anything in life, but death, which seems forbidding.
We face so many insurmountable obstacles, some seen, some hidden.
But when life has thrown its worst and its best
At you and you have coped and dealt and overcome the rest,

Your greatest test may be your interpretation of the end.
The years between may bring you challenges, but they can not extend
Past the portals of our inevitable transition, when it’s time
To transcend this phase and leave our accomplishments all behind.
